In a press conference last Thursday at the FilmOn Studio in Beverly Hills, FilmOn CEO Alki David joined forces with Corey Feldman, Johnny Fratto, dentist Joseph Goodman and FilmOn producer David Nuzzy Nussbaum to present DNA evidence that Brandon Howard is, in fact, the son of the late Michael Jackson. They brought up numerous connections between the potential father and son and rapper Akon. Akon is in the studio with Howard, who performs with the name B Howard, and collaborated on a track with Jackson shortly before his death.
The news has been met with much skepticism, including from Howard himself who claims he never meant to have any of this happen and has no plans to seek any portion of the Jackson escape. Amid the controversy, Akon did provide a statement to TMZ when approached at LAX on Friday.
While noting, as many others have done, that there is a striking resemblance between the too and also commenting on their similar mannerisms, Akon made sure to clarify that he wanted to make sure the results of the test were accurate first.
