Episode: S1 Ep9 – “Thinkback: Adventure series”
This episode throws a twist on the classic car‑crash trope, forcing the protagonists to protect a witness while uncovering hidden motives. The pacing feels steady, and the duologue between Harry and the Contessa keeps the tension alive. If you enjoy a good mystery without the melodramatic fluff, this remains a solid choice.
American Pickers – Salvage Meets History

Episode: S3 Ep12 – “Frank’s Big Shot”
Frank and Mike dive into a neglected yard, hunting for treasures buried in time. The show’s charm lies in its blend of quirky finds and genuine curiosity. For viewers who appreciate a light documentary with a nostalgic twist, this episode delivers a reliable dose of entertainment.
Ice Road Truckers – Frost‑bitten Feats
Time: 15:50 – 16:50 GMT
Episode: S3 Ep8 – “Killer Pass”
The crew tackles a perilous haul to Deadhorse, punctuated by practical jokes and raw grit. While the stakes feel high, the human element—team camaraderie and survival mindset—keeps the narrative grounded. It’s a one‑hour sprint that’s still entertaining for those who love real‑world challenges.
Benidorm – Holiday Hilarity
Time: 21:00 – 22:00 GMT
Episode: S4 Ep7 – “Some of Donald’s clothes are found on the nudist beach”
This sitcom’s trademark chaos erupts when Donald’s wardrobe goes missing. While the jokes are familiar, the episode offers a dependable laugh that’s easy to digest after a long day. Ideal for a relaxed evening, it’s a reliable pick for fans of light comedy.
