The Corruption of the LA Sheriff and the California State Bar by Tom Girardi Gloria Allred & Lisa Bloom

Most recently my home in Malibu was broken into by this guy featured in the video above. Fortunately the alarm system scarred him off. But this and other events have taken place with the local Sheriff’s office at the Lost Hills Station.

The same man has been seen roaming the streets of my neighborhood after I filed a police report to the local Sheriff’s Office in the Lost Hills Police Station which is my local police enforcement station.

In a space of one week, my car and my Truck were both stolen out front of my house on separate days. The Rolls Royce was stolen by a street Vagrant. To their Credit the Los Hills Police found and returned it. Unfortunately the thief was caught and let go by the Courts almost immediately.

My longtime Girlfriend and I spent the day in Court on a Monday only to be told at the end of the day that the robber had been let go that Friday.

A week later my Dodge Truck was stolen by a worker who wanted to use the Car without my permission. He detached it from my “Hologram Trailer” and departed. The City towed my trailer as it had no truck attached to. Despite my protestations, the entire insides of the trailer were destroyed to the tune of $ 500 000 dollars in damages to the LED panels and micro-foil technology.

After the second vehicle was taken from the front of my home, I was so frustrated at the Sheriff’s office not responding, I set off the house alarm system. When the Sheriffs eventually turned up they gave me a citation instead of help.

A month later I missed the citation’s court date (as I had no idea there was court date) and the very next day, I was handcuffed at 7.00 AM on $10 000 bench warrant for setting of the house alarm “falsely” – I was incarcerated for several hours whilst bail was set.
The more I push these people into a corner the harder they seem to fight to destroy me through systematic abuse of the media and abuse of power in the legislature and the Sheriff’s department.

The Sheriffs appeared one more time at my house and towed the Trailer and the Truck this time directly off my property. At the time the trailer was being unhitched I complained to the Sheriff that turned up that should the tow truck driver move the trailer it would once again break. I asked them to wait while my driver arrived to move the trailer.

Despite my protestations, they took my keys and opened the back of the Truck. A near death accident happened at that moment. A 500 pound metal door came crashing down and both myself and the two Deputies caught the door and narrowly saved the Tow Truck driver from being killed. There is no exaggeration at the gravity of this near tragedy.

You must understand the nature of the corruption of the Sheriff’s office is so systemic that the Chief Sheriff Baca was jailed for three years just recently. His deputy Paul Tanaka just went to jail for five years on corruption charges. The Lost Hills station near Malibu is legendary for its incompetence and corruption.

For the first time, I am writing my side of this particular disgraceful story of horrendous accusations made by Corrupt Lawyers who abuse the Power vested in them by the Government. These Corrupt Lawyers manage a modern day trafficking of innocent people through a corrupted legal system. In the UK for example this is called “Legal Thuggery”.

Just recently DIBARRED , attorney Tom Girardi  accused me of raping a woman. This did not happen. I have been targeted and set up by a corrupt crew of Lawyers, Judges. Also Plaintiffs willing to also be trafficked through their Web of criminal legal thuggery. This is Girardi’s long time MO.
Ultimately even the criminally minded Plaintiff who the lawyers use to file Complaints, end up getting screwed by the Girardi mob. The irony is that Girardi’s own actions have un-raveled his wrongdoings and that of his corrupt syndicate of lawyers and Judges.

Most recently according to a Federal Court in Chicago, Girardi’s firm in Beverly Hills, Girardi Keese owes over $517 Million Dollars in unpaid Insurance claims. Money that Girardi collected but never paid to the Plaintiff.

The now known to be corrupted State Bar of California along with Girardi, have wreaked havoc in the California Judiciary for decades. For over 50 years in practice along with Gloria Allred. Both attended Loyola Law School in Hollywood California.

In the rape allegations against me made by the same woman who claimed that her husband and his best friend also raped her on that same same supposed day. I do not know her husband or his best friend. This woman is lying.

Like always lawyers target Plaintiffs with mental health issues which the lawyers take advantage of. Greed and Stupidity also. Other ex-employees in the Girardi Allred and Bloom extortion ring, includes Karl Zirpel and Elizabeth Taylor. Both spent three years accusing me of Sexual Misconduct through their unfounded and illegitimate claims. Only to drop the sexual harassment part of the claims on the day of the actual trials. This is the kind of corrupt manipulation of the media, I have endured.

The kind of content I made in my Beverly Hills TV station at the time was about was fun and outrageous stuff. Shock and awe entertainment. The sort of people employed to sell that content needed to be a bit edgy.
One such sales employee was Elizabeth Talor. Elizabeth Talor Versus Alki David – I was able to represent myself and I overturned the trial 8 to 4 in my favor. My argument was that Elizabeth Taylor was a liar and that Lisa Bloom was criminally misrepresenting the facts to the Jury by making false accusations. Creating fake evidence and falsifying witness lists and evidence lists. Bloom’s constant claims that I was attacking her were unfounded, fake and untrue.

This is the way these Lawyers operate. Abusing even “FAKE ME TOO DEFENDANTS” which Girardi and Allred, Bloom traffick innocent victims through their corrupt legal network. Plaintiff that Allred and Bloom actually target.
In the case of Jane Dough Versus Alki David – this is a Civil trial. Gloria Allred desperately tried to persuade Beverly Hills Police to take action against me. This is the same Jane Dough whose real name is Marguerita Nichols. This woman who was actually a jilted angry woman bent on revenge was the perfect Plaintiff for Allred and Bloom to corrupt.
Jane Dough and I had a relationship for several years as friends and part coworkers. I have known this woman “Jane Dough” as she likes to be called in the complaint against me. Rita Nichols wishes to remain anonymous. She is a woman who pursued me for years.

When we did eventually have sex and at her constant suggestion and because she could handle rejection she had the audacity to have Tom Girardi draft a a vicious malicious and untrue complaint that I forced her to have sex!
In her complaint this woman also suggests that I trapped her in a room and that my Dobberman Vader made her feel trapped and fearful because of how big and intimidating my dog was.
The truth is Vader was suffering from enlarged heart disease and only had two months left to live on the date of the alleged rape.
This woman who wishes to remain Anonymous in a Civil Court proceeding, actually used to babysit my dog Vader since he was a young Dog walking him regularly in and around Beverly Hills on a daily basis. Vader was a kind dog and she completely lied about her relationship with Vader.
I had known this woman for years and for years she had attempted to become my “Girlfriend” many times. But as I was in a relationship, nothing at all ever transpired between us. Many witnesses will attest to the fact that this Woman constantly vying for my attention.
In one year while working for one of my media companies, this woman followed me from LA to my home in Greece on a fake business trip with Lebanese MTV. Something it turned out was non-existent. She dreamed up the business trip to where she now lives. She stopped en route to Lebanon to see me. She attempted to be with me and I courteously had her leave.
I was initially introduced to this woman by my mutual and departed friend Johnny and as a favor to my dying friend I took this lady on board and gave her a job. She was diligent and intelligent but always playing up like a lost puppy. It was her MO. And naturally the woman never really transpired too much at all in terms of generating business that she was paid to do.
Had I known the extent at which she is connected with the criminal gang who are currently trying to extort me I would never have rehired this woman into another of my businesses.
Chasity Jones, Elizabeth Taylor, Karl Zirpel, Mahim Kahn Luren Reeves, plus lawyers including Gloria Allred, Tom Girardi and Lisa Bloom conspired to extort me by fabricating a fake “me too” campaigns against me, my reputation, my family and the once respected David family name.
Me and my dozens of quality witnesses and people supporting me have been exhausted by these Lawyers. These kind people who stay in support of me have been trafficked through countless hours of depositions and Court appearances.
The shame and embarrassment that these lawyers generate by making malicious claims in the media with the intention of hurting the person so badly that they capitulate immediately.
In one of these coerced “me too” trials, the sitting Civil Court Judge Michelle Williams Court should have recused herself but she didn’t.
She endured that I was unable to have any defense at all and completely she sanctioned me from having any defense at all. She guided the Jury to awarding the plaintiff Mahim Kahn $ 54 Million dollars on a completely rigged and fabricated trial.

The one time I had the opportunity to represent myself I turned the trial over 8 / 4 in my favour. My argument was that Lisa Bloom et al were actively defrauding me by lying , abusing power, coercion and perversion of justice.
Over 10 years ago, Michelle Court went to see Gloria Allred because her husband was beating her up. This same Michelle Williams Court judiocated a $ 54 million Judgement found against me in a trial by Mahim Khan who is being repped by Gloria Allred
Michelle Court came up with a reason citing that I had given up my right to a fair trial because I failed to complete a deposition earlier that year which was the culmination of constant harassing and bullying by these people. Making claims of misconduct and contempt on my part.
Gloria Allred Lisa Bloom and Tom Girardi – who controlled the Slates for the Bar Associations were responsible for voting in the Judges to the Superior Court of Los Angeles, including Michelle Court and one Jolanda Orozco. These corrupted lawyers controlled the position of everyone in the State-wide Courthouses of California.

Michelle Court had no legal career at the time she became a Judge – She had zero experience in practicing law, trials and litigation. Yet Girardi Allred et al fast tracked her to the Superior Court in LA.

Girardi gave to the bar associations kickbacks from the Medicaid and Medical scams. Having someone like Michelle Court as a fixer inside the court system was essential but not the first time either that this scam has played out in the California legislature.

Tom Girardi had all three of my legal State Bar Complaints bounced and ignored by the now infamous corruption of the entire State Bar of California by disgraced attorney Tom Girardi.

Tom Girardi was represented by Yolanda Orozco who was the most senior partner at Jones Day LA whilst also representing Chief Leroy Bacca and his corrupt LA Sheriff’s office who recently was released form a three year prison sentence. Judge Orozco is responsible for supervising my debtor’s examination, she should also recuse herself.
The facts are that I Alkiviades David have given extensively to charity both in millions of dollars in donations that were never used as Tax credits.
I have always championed Women’s rights by staging events including Amber Rose’s “Slutwalk” and Women’s Shelters across worth equipped to heal and educate victims of abuse. This is a fact.
I have also championed Conservation charities talking active involvement in many different types of social consciousness. Such as the Bob Marley Reggae Girls or Angles’ Women Shelter in Los Angeles.
Additionally, Whistleblowers who worked with Tom Girardi and Gloria Allred over the years as part of the Girardi Allred Syndicate, are willing to testify in my defense. I include here in a declaration made by Dan Dyzak in 2012. At that time the scandal surrounding Girardi had not yet revealed itself.
