Holy shit, someone actually married Nick Carter.
Her name is Lauren Kitt, his longtime girlfriend and a fitness expert/actress. The two exchanged vows in Santa Barbara, California in an intimate ceremony consisting of only 100 guests, not mobs of shrieking girls and moms in BSB t-shirts holding up homemade posters like most of us expected.

Carter once said he would never get married but quit playing games with Kitt’s heart just last year and finally proposed. The sunset wedding never would have happened without the help of fellow Backstreet Boy, Howie Dorough.
“I asked Howie [for advice],” Carter told People Magazine in 2013. “I was like, ‘I love her, and I don’t want to lose her.’” And Howie was all like, “Just do it!” And the rest is like history, bro.

Good thing the boyband of brothers attended the sunset wedding because Carter’s real brother, Aaron, missed out. After a performing at the Washington D.C. Cherry Blossom Festival, Aaron was scheduled to hop on a plane to Santa Barbara for the wedding. But much like his other plans in life, this one failed and his plane was grounded for mechanical problems.
The Carter family isn’t exactly fairytale material but we wish the newlyweds a good prenup and fun honeymoon.
