A local beach-goer has managed to capture some absolutely stunning images off the coast of Fourth Beach in Western Australia.
A video shot from a drone shows a guy on paddle board minding his own business, but as the camera gets closer two dark shadows appear in the water.
Once the drone is directly above, it’s clear that the man has caught the attention of two whales. The creatures gently swim around him and at one point get within a couple of yards.
The footage was uploaded to YouTube a couple of weeks ago and has since run up an avalanche of plays.
