If you’re scared of heights you might wanna skip this viral video. A thrill-seeker has taken the world’s craziest selfie by scaling a 300ft crane to pose for a happy snap of himself messing about above a city skyline.

Daredevil Brit James Kingston – who describes himself on social media as a professional adventurer – specialises in stunts that involve defying gravity.

His latest video captures footage of him scaling a huge crane at a construction site in his home city of Southampton, England. When he reaches the top he uses his trusty selfie-stick to film himself in a pose that would surely make Gravity stars Sandra Bullock and George Clooney crap their pants.

You’d have to to be totally mad to try and copy his feat, so we recommend you stick to watching from the comfort of your computer.

The 23-year old has previously been captured walking to the top of the 364-foot building. Kingston reckons he trains himself mentally and psychically for each stunt.

Speaking to the The Daily Telegraph he explained: “With things like this, it is the mental challenges that are the hardest. You have to clear your mind of any negative thoughts. I’m very safety conscious and train incredibly hard to make sure that everything is either done right, or not at all”
